The purpose of this policy is to:

• protect participants from abuse, fraud, or manipulation
• ensure transparency regarding moderation practices and algorithmic systems
• support the responsible operation of the Aulax infrastructure.

Aulax facilitates interactions between independent participants and does not author, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

This policy applies to all content shared within the Service, including:

• ratings and reviews
• comments or feedback
• images or uploaded media
• merchant responses to customer feedback
• any communication or social interaction features available through the Service.

Content moderation on Aulax is guided by the following principles:

Transparency

Moderation decisions follow publicly available policies.

Neutrality

Moderation decisions are based on behaviour and policy violations rather than commercial interests.

Proportionality

Moderation actions are proportionate to the severity of the violation.

Platform Integrity

Content that threatens safety, legality, or the integrity of the Platform may be restricted or removed.

The following categories of content are prohibited on the Platform.

Illegal Content

Content that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity, including:

• fraud or scams
• illegal goods or services
• theft or property damage
• criminal conduct.

Harassment & Hate Speech

Content that:

• targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• promotes discrimination, harassment, or threats of violence
• includes abusive or threatening language.

Defamation & False Statements

Content that:

• makes knowingly false allegations
• attempts to damage reputations through misinformation
• contains defamatory or misleading statements.

Participants must ensure feedback reflects genuine experiences.

Manipulated or Fraudulent Reviews

Content intended to manipulate reputation systems, including:

• fake reviews
• coordinated review campaigns
• undisclosed incentivised reviews.

Spam & Promotional Abuse

Content that:

• repeatedly posts identical or irrelevant messages
• promotes unrelated services
• attempts to artificially influence visibility.

Harmful or Offensive Material

Content that includes:

• graphic violence
• explicit or disturbing material
• content likely to cause harm or distress.

Aulax may use multiple moderation methods to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

Automated Detection

Automated systems may identify potentially harmful or suspicious content through pattern analysis and risk signals.

Community Reporting

Users and merchants may report content believed to violate Aulax policies.

Human Review

Reported or flagged content may be reviewed by moderation personnel.

Where violations are identified, Aulax may take action including:

• removal of content
• warning notices
• temporary restrictions on posting
• suspension of accounts
• permanent removal from the Platform.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension.

Participants may request review of moderation decisions through Aulax support channels.

Aulax may reassess decisions where appropriate and update enforcement actions if necessary.

The Platform may use automated systems to support how it functions including:

• merchant discovery
• search results
• product recommendations
• fraud detection
• Platform optimisation.

These systems operate dynamically and may consider signals such as:

• user preferences
• engagement patterns
• location or proximity
• merchant activity or availability.

Participation does not guarantee visibility, ranking position, or order volume.

Algorithmic outputs do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of merchant quality or safety.

Participants must not attempt to manipulate Platform systems including:

• search rankings
• discovery algorithms
• reputation or rating systems
• moderation systems.

Activities designed to artificially influence visibility or reputation may result in enforcement action.

Aulax may remove or restrict content where required to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.

Where necessary, Aulax may cooperate with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Aulax operates as infrastructure facilitating interactions between independent users and merchants.

Content shared on the Platform represents the views of the individuals who created it.

Aulax does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.

Merchants remain responsible for the goods and services they offer through the Platform.

Aulax may update this policy periodically to address evolving safety risks, technological developments, or regulatory requirements.

Participants are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
